Assign Vehicle and Driver for Accepted Job

Wonderful, you have accepted a booking in Trransfer! All you need to do now is to assign an available vehicle and driver for the upcoming job.


NOTE: For sole proprietors and individual operators who do not own a fleet, the ability to skip this step in the Web Application (app.trransfer.com) is currently not yet available. It is recommended for sole proprietors and individual operators to accept jobs in the Driver Mobile App instead.


Assign Vehicle and Driver in app.trransfer.com

  1. View the accepted job. All accepted jobs will move from Open Jobs to the Provider Assigned section in the Job Browser. To access the section, click on the drop-down menu at top left, expand Job Browser and click on Provider Assigned. There are multiple tabs to display bookings according to the Job Status, such as Open, Run, Done, Closed, Aborted.

  2. Go to the Run tab. Jobs that have been accepted by suppliers from the Trransfer Marketplace will move immediately into the Run stage.

  3. Review list of accepted jobs or search for a specific job. Scroll through the list of jobs or enter the unique Reservation Code to locate your job.

  4. Assign vehicle and driver. Click on the Vehicle or Driver tab within the booking row and assign available resources. Both vehicle and driver must be assigned for a job to be in its fully confirmed status.


Driver to confirm job uptake

Once the job is assigned, your driver will be able to access the job assignment and confirm or reject in the Trransfer Driver App.
